It first started when the limousine company we had chosen failed to pick up the groom, and the groom had to drive himself to the wedding, our late arrival to the reception due to the photographer we had chosen taking a million pictures with an ancient camera and the absence of the maitre’d at our reception, who was unable to assist us because of multiple weddings taking place at the same time. Although our family and friends didn’t know the problems at hand, Marlene was aware, and handled every problem effectively. If it was not for the brilliance and professionalism of Marlene, our wedding day would have been a total disaster. We regret that we did not secure a wedding package including vendor referrals from Wonderful Weddings in the beginning, but we are glad we secured Marlene from Wonderful Weddings to coordinate our wedding.
